Set Up Your Digital Wallet
If you do not already have a cryptocurrency wallet, set one up before beginning. SafePal and Trust Wallet guides are provided during onboarding.
Welcome Letter from CEO
Read the personal welcome letter from Robert A. Foraker, CEO of 5 Stars Studios, introducing you to the offering and the team.
Executive Summary & Business Plan
Review the full business plan and studio strategy before proceeding. This gives you a complete picture of what you are investing in.
Subscription Agreement & KYC/AML
Review and execute the subscription agreement with your investment details and number of tokens. Upload your identity documents for KYC/AML verification before proceeding to payment.
Payment Instructions
Review all available payment options and send your funds. Note: if for any reason your KYC documents do not comply with SEC regulations, a member of our team will contact you to correct your documents or refund your payment.
Data Room Access
Your complete data room — including all documents you reviewed plus the full Private Placement Memorandum (114 pages) — remains accessible in your account for ongoing reference after your investment is complete.

Payment: Wire Transfer, Zelle, Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (ERC-20)

Token Rounding Note
Tokens are sold in whole units only. Divide your investment by the token price and round up to the nearest whole token, then adjust your payment to match. Example: $50,000 ÷ $80 = 625 tokens exactly ($50,000 total).
Securities are offered only pursuant to the Private Placement Memorandum. This investment involves risk. Accredited investor status will be verified during onboarding.

Zelle Payment
Zelle is available as a payment option. Zelle details will be provided in the Payment Instructions document during your onboarding process. Note that Zelle transfer limits vary by bank. For larger investments, wire transfer may be required.
Cryptocurrency Payment
Always confirm wallet addresses with the company before sending cryptocurrency. After sending, please provide the transaction confirmation.
Delivery of tokens to your wallet will be within 24 hours following payment and KYC/AML approval. If not approved, funds will be returned.
